I can’t explain it, but you will feel like royalty here, without it being weird. They are just the best. "Probably our favorite stay during our time in Croatia! A stone's throw away from the beach, and perfect walking distance not only too some great restaurants, but also old town/city center is only 10 minutes maximum! Amazing swimming and beach area in the backyard, along with a couple beach-side bars. We loved it so much, we wound up getting engaged at the imperial fountain just down the beach! Can't recommend this place enough, amazing rooms with spacious bathrooms, great poolbar area and incredible food. Love you Kolovare, see you again soon! <3"

"Lovely clean and modern property. Easy parking, great location , just over a mile walk to old town Zadar. Balcony to chill on, had the necessary equipment for cooking in. Nice vibe in the apartment for hanging out after sightseeing and nice landscaping. Helpful and nice property manager, easy check in. About 20ish minutes from the airport. We loved it and would stay there again."

Friendly, hospitable and attentive, probably the best customer service we received in all the hotels we stayed in Croatia during our 2 week visit. Although the hotel was on a busy road, we didn't really notice. Pool was quiet and clean when we were there, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Really nice find. Our flight got cancelled. We were delighted to find this property on short notice. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect for walking, beach access, and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The grounds have a naturally peaceful ambiance. Curb appeal is meh. Don’t let that fool you. 5 stars"

"This was a great hotel room for anyone needing accessibility as it was a large family room. We used the pool and jacuzzi facilities as well. Very clean room but slightly outdated. "

"Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait "
